Who is this for?
Businesses and self-employed professionals in DACH and the wider EU whose teams lose hours to repetitive work: reporting, follow-ups, invoices, the inbox. We sell to businesses only, so checkout asks for a company name.
Which tools do you work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, local models via Ollama and similar, n8n, Make, Zapier, MCP servers, coding agents, Google Workspace, and the CRM you already use. We pick per job, with you.
What happens in the Starter Session?
You pay by card, pick a slot, and answer five questions on the booking form. Then 90 minutes live on screen share: we look at how you work and pick the tool, you type every password, and one automation is running on your account before we hang up. You build the second one yourself, with us watching. You keep the recording, a one-page recap, and 14 days of email questions.
What if 90 minutes isn't enough?
We tell you at the start. Anything that needs a second sitting is a repeat session at €190 for 60 minutes, or a Setup Sprint if it has grown into one.
Can we have the AVV before we book?
Yes. Ask first and we send it before you book. We sign an AVV before we touch personal data.
Where are you, and can we meet in person?
Germany. We work remotely across Europe and in person where distance allows. English or German.
Can I get a proper invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice that shows our VAT ID. Atlas Ally is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), so we don't charge VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
What does the fit check cost?
Nothing. It's a short written form on the Ask first page. If it isn't a fit, we say so.
Do we need a hosted Atlas Ally agent?
No. We work on the tools you already run. If a private EU server is the right delivery, we can host one. It's optional, never required.
